Redundant Reference Source Seamless Switching Technology
Beidou Bangtai's redundant reference source seamless switching technology includes high-precision phase shifting technology, reference clock, FPGA, integrative analog extension, asynchronous serial communication, parameter storage, and master clock output technologies. The system clock reference adopts a sine signal and combines high-precision phase shifting technology, precise phase measurement technology, and digital seamless switching technology to achieve phase alignment between the primary and backup clock signals. The digital switching technology is then utilized to achieve seamless switching between the clocks, avoiding any impact on the output clock signal during the switching process. This effectively enhances the accuracy and reliability of the time-frequency system.
High-Precision Time Interval Counting (TIC) Technology
Beidou Bangtai's high-precision time interval counting technology utilizes dual-interpolation time interval counting techniques. It designs a dedicated TDC chip in combination with high-speed FPGA to achieve the TIC solution, which can achieve a measurement accuracy of 20ps.
Fiber Optic High-Precision Time-Frequency Transfer Technology
Beidou Bangtai's fiber optic high-precision time-frequency transfer technology utilizes the classic bidirectional time comparison method and relies on the fiber optic channel (DWDM wavelength channel) to achieve high-precision time-frequency synchronization. The equipment operates stably with strong interference resistance and can achieve a synchronization accuracy of 40ps over a distance of 100 kilometers. It can be applied in fields such as deep space exploration, national defense, and scientific research that require high synchronization accuracy.
PTP Generation and Reception Technology
Beidou Bangtai's 1588v2 time synchronization system supports boundary clocks, transparent clocks, and ordinary clocks. It supports both two-layer link protocol and four-layer UDP protocol, as well as unicast and multicast transmission. The protocol supports Linux systems and is compatible with domestically produced Kylin and Loongson processors. It supports both ordinary and 1588 switches and provides PTP clock driver, kernel clock protocol, and clock tracking algorithm design.
