On May 23, 2019, the 10th China Satellite Navigation Annual Conference Application Industrialization Forum was held in Beijing. As an important component of the annual conference, the forum was divided into three basic sections: industrial environment, application market, and industrial research. It deeply explored the development of Beidou application industrialization, and more than 300 people participated in this forum.
Ran Chengqi, Director of China Satellite navigation Management Office, delivered a report entitled "Navigation, Meet Ten Years - Review the Development of Beidou Industry". The report points out that the development process of Beidou in the past decade can be summarized as follows: firstly, rapid development from small to large; 2、 From weak to strong, autonomous and controllable; 3、 Comprehensive integration from point to face; 4、 High quality service from coarse to fine. Director Ran also emphasized that looking forward to the future, we should consider how to establish a comprehensive PNT system in the new situation, how to further reform and innovate, and how to respond to a more severe world situation than the previous decade.
