At 02:09 on June 25, 2019, China successfully launched the 46th Beidou navigation satellite with the Long March 3B at the Xichang Satellite Launch Center.

This satellite is the 21st networking satellite and the second inclined Geosynchronous orbit satellite of the Beidou 3 system. After a series of in orbit tests, the satellite will be networked with the 20 previously launched Beidou 3 satellites to provide timely services and further improve the coverage and service performance of the Beidou system.
The Beidou-3 satellite and supporting launch vehicle launched this time were respectively developed by the China Academy of Space Technology and China Academy of Launch Vehicle Technology, affiliated to China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation Co., Ltd. This is the 307th flight of the Long March series of carrier rockets.
