Product Description
The T506 PTP Clock Card is a plug-in synchronization solution designed to take over the functionality of dedicated clock hardware in enterprise networks. It caters to applications supporting critical infrastructure that require tight synchronization for efficient and reliable operations. Standalone typical clock server hardware falls short in meeting the required synchronization accuracy and flexibility.
Our T506 PTP Clock Card provides a comprehensive set of synchronization capabilities, including a GNSS receiver, PTP grandmaster clock, NTP server, SyncE, and highly accurate boundary clocks. The half-height PCIe form factor allows it to be inserted into any standard server to deliver precise PTP, SyncE, PPS, and ToD synchronization.
By installing and using the T506 Clock Card in servers, applications can achieve precise and reliable synchronization. The precise and reliable timing information is provided by PTP and NTP time servers, which can be synchronized with the onboard GNSS receiver for UTC synchronization. Our T506 Clock Card is essential for any hosted critical mission and time-sensitive application servers.
