The T600-BDRBP/S NTP Network Time Server supports NTP and SNTP network synchronization protocols, making it a high-precision, high-capacity, and highly secure clock product. The device hardware is designed with redundant architecture, and the high-precision clock is directly sourced from atomic clocks in various satellites of the GNSS system. It achieves precise maintenance of the local clock even in the absence of satellite signals. The device software adopts various anti-interference and malicious attack detection algorithms developed by Beidou Bangtai, which detect signal anomalies caused by interference and malicious attacks on GPS signals.
With unique embedded hardware design and efficient Linux operating system, it can flexibly expand multiple clock signal outputs. It fully supports the latest NTP time synchronization protocol, MD5 security encryption protocol, and certificate encryption protocol, with network time accuracy reaching the microsecond level. It also supports TOD, 10MHz, 1PPS, log recording, USB port for firmware upgrade and download, and dry contact alarm function. Combined with Beidou Bangtai's independently developed network-wide time monitoring software, it easily achieves network time synchronization and effective monitoring. System Architecture:
The T600-BDRBP/S NTP Network Time Server innovatively integrates reference source seamless switching technology, high-precision time interval measurement (TIC) technology, and adaptive precision frequency measurement and control technology. It adopts a modular design consisting of a BeiDou receiver, GPS receiver, high-performance industrial-grade motherboard, human-machine interface and monitoring management unit, local clock disciplining unit, output interface module, and power module.
The core of the T600-BDRBP/S NTP network time server consists of a 64-bit high-performance CPU, high-speed FPGA, and a stable oscillator (rubidium atomic clock or OCXO). It utilizes Linux for multitasking real-time parallel processing and scheduling. The system can simultaneously receive second synchronization and time information from BeiDou and GPS, as well as network time messages compliant with NTP/SNTP protocols. It automatically selects an external time reference signal as the synchronization source based on priority and locks it into a locked state (LOCKED). The system incorporates input transmission delay compensation algorithms and employs Kalman digital filtering technology to filter out jitter in the external time reference signal. It controls and disciplines the rubidium atomic clock or OCXO, and derives the 1PPS signal from the internal oscillator's frequency division. This ensures that the output 1PPS signal remains synchronized with the long-term stable value of the external time reference's 1PPS signal, overcoming the influence of sudden changes in the external time reference's second pulse signal. As a result, the output time signal not only remains synchronized with the external time reference signal but also becomes more stable. When the external time reference signal is lost, it enters the holdover state (HOLD-OVER), and when the external time reference signal is restored, it automatically exits the holdover state and tracks back to the locked state. This ensures uninterrupted output of time information synchronized with UTC.
