The T600-BDOCS NTP Time Server supports NTP and SNTP network synchronization protocols, making it a high-precision, high-capacity, and highly secure clock product. The device hardware features a redundant architecture design, with high-precision clocks directly sourced from the atomic clocks of various satellites in the GNSS system. It achieves accurate local clock synchronization even in the event of satellite signal loss by analyzing and taming the local clock source. The device software incorporates various anti-interference detection and recognition algorithms developed by Beidou Bangtai, which detect signal anomalies caused by interference and malicious attacks on GPS signals. With its unique embedded hardware design and efficient Linux operating system, it allows for flexible expansion of multiple clock signal outputs.
The T600-BDOCS NTP Time Server comprehensively supports the latest NTP time synchronization protocol, MD5 security encryption protocol, and certificate encryption protocol, achieving network time accuracy in the microsecond range. It also supports TOD, 10MHz, 1PPS, log recording, USB port for upgrade and download, and alarm function for dry contact points. Together with the self-developed network-wide time unified monitoring software by Beidou Bangtai, it easily realizes network time synchronization and effective monitoring. System Architecture
The T600-BDOCS NTP Network Time Server innovatively integrates seamless switching technology for reference sources, high-precision Time Interval Counter (TIC) technology, and adaptive precision frequency measurement and control technology. It adopts a modular design and consists of a Beidou receiver, GPS receiver, high-performance industrial-grade motherboard, human-machine interface and monitoring management unit, local clock disciplining unit, output interface module, and power module.
The core of the T600-BDOCS NTP Network Time Server is composed of a 64-bit high-performance CPU, high-speed FPGA, and high-stability oscillator (rubidium atomic clock or OCXO). It utilizes Linux for real-time multitasking parallel processing and scheduling. The system can simultaneously receive second synchronization and time information from Beidou and GPS, as well as network time messages that comply with the NTP/SNTP protocols. It automatically selects external time reference signals as synchronization sources based on priority and controls them to a locked state (LOCKED). It includes input transmission delay compensation algorithms and uses Kalman digital filtering technology to filter out jitter in external time reference signals. It then controls and disciplines the rubidium atomic clock or OCXO, obtaining a 1PPS signal by frequency division from the internal oscillator. This ensures that the output 1PPS signal is synchronized with the long-term stable value of the external time reference's 1PPS signal, overcoming the impact of sudden changes in the external time reference's second pulse signal. Thus, the output time signal remains synchronized with the external time reference signal and is more stable. When the external time reference signal is lost, it enters a holdover state (HOLD-OVER). Once the external time reference signal is restored, it automatically exits the holdover state and tracks back to the locked state, ensuring uninterrupted output of time information synchronized with UTC.
