The Cs4000, utilizing third-generation cesium clock technology, achieves full specifications within 30 minutes of startup. As an upgrade to Cs3, it provides more output signals in a 3U rack-mount chassis while also allowing for user-selectable output interfaces to meet various signal requirements.
 
The Cs4000 is a novel cesium clock offering exceptional performance in a 3U standard rack-mount configuration. Designed for high-precision timing and frequency applications, the Cs4000 delivers highly stable, low-noise RF and 1PPS reference signals. Leveraging advanced digital technology from Microsemi (acquired Symmetricom), the Cs4000 delivers outstanding performance.
 
Featuring a new color front panel, the Cs4000 provides a graphical user interface for convenient monitoring by users. This interface is effective for all cesium clocks and optional output cards, allowing users to easily monitor the health status, operation, and configuration data of the cesium clock. The Cs4000 offers two methods of remote access: first, through web server-based full-featured pages accessed via Ethernet, and second, through an RS232 serial port using ASCII commands or monitoring software.
 
The Cs4000 offers both standard and customized output signals. Standard signals include 100kHz, 1MHz, 5MHz, 10MHz, and 1PPS. Customized outputs include various E1/T1 signals and alarm signals. The Cs4000 features a dedicated area for customized signal output, ensuring it does not affect the performance of standard signal outputs. With its capabilities, the Cs4000 is suitable for applications in laboratory standards, satellite communication terminals, mobile communication systems, and a wide range of testing and measurement fields.
